The delivery time kept getting longer and longer as to when it would be ready. It finally arrived 50 mins after being ordered. Upon opening the box, the bottom was covered in oil and the extra toppings were very minimal.

Boneless Bites did not have flavour, Pizza was fine. Dropped at my door without a bag which I think is gross. No napkins or cutlery request option when ordering which was extra annoying for a hotel delivery.

Both Melt My Box and Pepperoni Lover's Melt were overcooked, dripping an insane amount of hot grease out of them. The boneless bites in the Melt My Box were not the flavour that I ordered.

the pizza was sub standard.. hadn't ordered from pizza hut for many years, will not again. certainly not the same quality as in the past
