• 25-06-06The Nutaya Bowl is a winner. A great combination of decadent sweetness with the Nutella, fresh cold fruit tastes from dragon fruit, berries, & banana. And don't omit the coconut! I would definitely recommend this. (And... it's colorful!)

• 24-05-18I put my order in with DoorDash at my lunch. I only had 30 minutes to eat and DoorDash said it was going to take 25 minutes, I was just like, "Well, I'll just grab it, and eat it later.", because I really wanted my Electric Mermaid Pitaya Bowl. I drove across the street and just decided to hang out until it was done. I showed up, and I wasn't sure where to pick up DoorDash orders so I approached the cashier and asked where do I go to pick up my order when it's completed. She asked me my name, I told her, and she said, "Oh! It's all ready to go!" The drive from my job to Playa is literally less than 8 minutes. They are so speedy and friendly. And they were SLAMMED when I got there because of course it was lunch time. Totally impressed and I was able to eat my lunch in time!! Thank you Playa Bowl. I am a forever customer.

• 25-05-122 items($1 honey and $1 cacao chips) I added to our coconut bowls were missing. Has happened a couple of times. We really enjoy the coconuts bowls but disappointed with this order

• 23-10-27When I ordered these bowls, I specifically asked to have the granola removed from the recipe because I have issues with granola due to my gastric surgery...BUT the granola was still added to my Dragonberry Pitaya Bowl AND my Tropical Acai Bowl....plus, none of the additional fruits,that I PAID EXTRA FOR, were added, and none of the substitutions were made (Coconut Flakes were NOT removed)! I am truly disgusted with the service!!! If you order something with ANY changes, make sure the order is correct before you leave!!!

• 22-04-07I paid for mangos and Nutella to be added. They left a note in the bag that they were out of mangos and said that my phone didn't work when they tried to call. I have no missed calls in my call log. Instead of refunding the extra charge for the mangos, they gave me a paper coupon in the bag for 10% off my next order. The Nutella that I paid extra for was not added and there was no mention of it on the note. It also tasted like they forgot to add the honey that comes with the order. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.
