10/26/2024 I ordered my usual açaí berry bowl with banana. The bowl wasnt fresh like normal. The blueberries were mushy as well as some of the strawberries. The granola was soft like it sat in the açaí overnight. There were around 5 banana slices. I was highly disappointed with today's order due to the lack of freshness.

The Custom Matcha Bowl- includes blueberry flax granola was unfortunately disappointing. The base was really gluey and very banana forward in my opinion. Fruit topping was super ripe and perfect as always, but the base was not it.
