Chicken Alfredo this has to be the best Alfredo in the Des Moines area no joke the Chicken Alfredo from hilltop diner is better than Olive garden!!! 10/10 Garlic Toast was a little dry but not bad at all very soft thank you so much definitely would recommend this!

Great option for diner classics! The only item that wasnt a slam-dunk was the Chicken Alfredo. I found it to be needing more sauce and cheesy flavor, but the chicken was well cooked and the Garlic Bread was super garlicky! The Jalapeño Poppers were insanely crispy and stuffed, and the portions on my husband's Lumberjack were insanely large.
Definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for breakfast or diner food!

Oh my gosh!!!! This oatmeal is so awesome!!! And the portions are HUGE! And it is so amazing tasting that you can tell the folks at The Pleasant Hill Diner know what they are doing!!! My new go to place for home cooking!

The Potato Skins came with 2 cups of Ranch, rather than Sour Crèam, but they were delicious and hot! It was a shareable serving size too. My Hot Turkey was so filling, I couldn't eat the soup or salad. Saved them for lunch. The Hubby loved his Taco Salad, but could've used another cup of dressing. Definitely recommend all 3 items! He said the salad toppings made it very filling.
