I really wanted something not too heavy and a different option than fast food and stumbled upon this option. The Brussel sprouts are delicious on their own and with the sauce - even better. The bowl is hearty and has flavor. I personally don't need much of the dressing. The carrot cake is moist and quite good but I do not think it is worth $9 for the slice. I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure order again.

The Edamame Falafel Bowl had plentyof food in it but iwas hard pressed to find any seasoning. Super bland food and the falafel itself was super mushy.
Was great in a pinch, but I probably wont order it again.

While wanting to Doordash a healthier dinner , I decided to try Plentiful! EXCELLENT DECISION. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad with a side of miso brussel sprouts. The bowl had fresh ingredients, filled to the top with goodness. The Brussel Sprouts were flavorful and still had a bit of crunch! Thanks Again, youve gained a new customer.

Unfortunately, not great. Some of the lettuce was wilting, the celery is old and turning brown, only 3 slices of avocado not worth the extra charge, tomatoes were not ripe and edaname was not included.

This is a hidden gem in Fairfield. They are generous with their portion sizes and packed with a ton of fresh ingredients. Other places sell these types of bowls for $20 plus dollars. This will be my new go to DoorDash when I am in the area.
