Everything was so yummy! The miso soup was very flavorful and the poke bowl was fresh and delicious!

Really disappointing. This is supposed to be a 5-protein bowl, and I selected salmon for all five proteins. Looking at the amount of salmon I received, I genuinely don’t understand how this could represent five portions of protein. If I had selected five different proteins, would each one have been an even smaller spoonful?
Meanwhile, the bowl was absolutely loaded with filler — a mountain of pickled ginger, tons of raw white and red onion, raw carrots, and what looked like nearly two whole jalapeños. I asked for jalapeño, but not for it to become one of the five proteins.
I was also under the impression the vegetables were supposed to be pickled, not simply chopped up and served raw. On top of that, I specifically requested ponzu and received none.
The proportions make absolutely no sense. For something advertised as a 5-protein bowl, the salmon should be the star. Instead, I basically received a bowl of raw onions, jalapeños and ginger with some salmon mixed in.

Shuman was good, but the poke has very little protein and ingredients so it felt very bland. I wouldn't recommend.

The fish didn't taste very fresh :( Particularly the shrimp but some pieces of salmon or tuna too. The rest of the bowl was good but it wasn't the best first experience with this restaurant.
