They ran out of the crispy chicken and called me about a substitute. The roasted chicken was pretty good, the serving was generous and they kindly added some extras. The seaweed salad was great. I didn't get the sauces I ordered, and I did get utensils, which I requested to not get!

The rice is right the texture is good but everything else is dry. The paper bowl absorbed all the sauce or they forgot to add, making it very bland and dry. Spicy Tuna, spicy salmon, regular salmon, and shrimp were all okay. I have had better ones before. There is a lot of rice over the topping. I'll probably not order this again from here.

Poke House is consistently fresh, healthy, and light (depending on what you order). Generous portions, great range of customizable options. After trying another nearby poke bowl franchise, I think I'll be sticking with Poke House.

Shoyu chicken was dry and overcooked. Was also delivered cold too. Poke bowls were okay, small portions of the fish but lots of extra add ons. Overall, didn't feel like the value for what we got was fair.

The portion for being a small size bowl was surprisingly good. And even though it was made for delivery, they didn't scrimp on the ingredients at all. I wish they didn't charge extra for seaweed salad though.
