This is the giant bowl with grilled chicken, salmon , white rice, leafy vegetables, yellow pickles, ginger,and avocado. The sauce was creamy wasabi, and teriyaki. It tasted fresh and fabulous! I'd say you get a table spoon and a half of chicken and a table spoon of salmon. I was still hungry.

Portions were ridiculously small. I got the eel and they gave me exactly 2 morsels.
Do not recommend. Kung fu tea poke bowls taste better and are better value

I was recovering from food poisoning and the flu, and this was one of the only restaurants my body didn't reject. I was expecting at least some discomfort after not eating for 2 days, but I felt great after eating a poke bowl. Incredible flavor, freshness, and quality of food. Whatever pokelab is doing, they are doing right! No highly processed bs!

Pokelab never fails! Reliably fast, awesome, and fresh whenever I order--the large bowl is becoming a go-to I dream of. It is generously portioned and with the nice added touch of miso, plenty for a satisfying dinner.
