Wasn't expecting much as a first timer and having worked for Pollo Tropical for a few years as a general manager. Everything was fantastic and the chicken was extremelt tasty and juicy. Preferred the crispy over the roasted, personally. The horchata was a little too sweet for my preference. All the food was delicious. Portions of the sides were okay -typical 6 ounce rice and 6 ounce beans. All fresh and would definitely order again and probably soon.

I didn't love it or hate it, everything was very mid. Plantains weren't as soft or sweet as I like. Size of the spicy chicken sandwich was decent, the spicy sauce had a kick, just the chicken itself was bland. Same for the 2 piece dark meat, not a lot of flavor. Probably won't order again but it was a sufficient lunch.

Food was not good at all. The dinner roll was too hard to eat. The fries were cold and not cooked all the way. The chicken was ok. The only reason I will give three stars is the empanada which was a little brunt but still tasted pretty good.
