Best Loaded Potato and Loaded Nachos , nachos needed a bit more cheese, but they were WOW!

Usually order from here and food is great but today the papa asada was cold cheese was not even melted as usual and chicken size were smaller

The steak meat was burnt, the barbacoa was dry shreds of stew like meat, the cilantro was all stalk no leaves I did not receive a straw and the extra sauce I paid extra for was wrong. In top of all that the delivery person did not knock, ring the doorbell or text to let me know my order arrived...

The Regio Salad toppings were wrong. And my Loaded Potato had very little toppings and huge chunks of potato

My order stated restaurant confirmed my order for a baked potato and was being prepared and once the door dash person got there they did not have any baked potato. So charged me same amount for a quesadilla, when it was lower price and made door dash person wait longer which is very unfair for both myself and her.
