The Black Beans were watery and definitely sitting around for a while. Not good! I ordered a 1/4 chicken. It came with part of a wing and a breast.
Came with no bbq sauce which I ordered. Not ordering from here again

both the Cuban sandwich and the quesadilla wrap tasted awful. the crust on both items was fake and grainy and had no flavor. the filling inside contained items that were unpleasant and just gross. overall impression was food that was not worth anything.

The Mojo Pork with black beans and yellow rice is delicious! It was still hot upon arrival, and there was enough for two meals. I've been a Pollo Tropical fan since 1992, and have never been disappointed .

El el combo trío el puerco no tenía la cebolla que lo caractiza y el sabor era diferente, no estuvo tan bueno. Me encanta Pollo Tropical así que tengan cuidado con la calidad y sabor de ma comida. El resto de la comida sí estuvo excelente, gracias!!!
