Always a pleasure with Pollo. The chicken is always crispy skin, flavorful with it still being juicy. The rice is perfectly cooked and delcious as always. Black beans we delicious, and the bread was soft. Arrived quick too! Also important: my Latin husband for the longest time refused to try this... now it's his fave!!

The chicken had zero flavor just tasted like meat and charcoal. The one good thing is the the meat was cooked to a perfect temperature and texture. The rice they gave me was crunchy and hard with some soft pieces it was very disappointing :/ the beans were mid and overall the meal was a waste of money.

These guys went above and beyond they put my drink in a different bag to keep it cold when I got my drink. It was cold as if it just came out of the fridge thank you guys, professional.

The amount of money that I paid and asked for extra meat to both on the rice to get a small spoonful of meat in a small spoon full in a container n on rice was very disappointing

I ordered a Small Bowl. The rice and black beans were not cooked thoroughly, and the chicken was dry—the worst I have ever had.
