The Large Tropichop® Bowls were very tasty , the churrasco steak was nice and tender , the chicken crispy just as indicated.. the rest is always very good !!!

In the description they shows a big breast chicken do not mention rice and beans just chicken and salad because is high protein but they gave me rice bread and tiny chicken breast disappointed. The Cesar dressing taste funky had to trashed out

½ Chicken Platter – Rice & Beans - 86g of Protein had no flavor. Restaurant forgot my sauces. Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl had not ONE piece of chicken in it.

Usually my orders are really good,tasty , good portions. Today I ordered lunch the taste was not that great, it was cold, portion was very little. Worst part I was missing the bananas which were quite pricey (not good enough for me). I paid over $20.00 that's even worse. Not going to order again. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially when you're hungry.

Put like 4 pieces of chicken in the Regular Tropichop® Bowl. Normally dont complain about pollo tropical but that was crazy. Drinks were luke warm and bottom of bag was wet. It broke on the driver when she came to deliver
