Pollo tropical is a much better choice than most traditional fast food restaurants. The grilled chicken, rice and beans is delicious.

Sadly, the maduros were burned, the guava sauce was not included and the extra money I spent on double chicken wasted because the chicken was super dry. Also, this is the second time they skimp out on the black beans. Perhaps ordering the moros would have been a better choice.

I got 3 little pieces of churrasco ☹️ and Cheesy Yuca Bites* not cook but no problem... I will survive

Always burnt chicken. Fried Yuca were fried in old oil and have back specks all over. No cilantro garlic sauce as requested.

The chicken was old dried out and hard also the rice was old as if it was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Was not able to enjoy it .
