I don't know who they have in the kitchen around 7 PM but please give them a raise! The food was DELICIOUS and flavorful. The 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With 1 Side was cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I was very impressed. The quality of the food really got a LOT better.

Everything was burnt and I got all little pieces of dark meat when I ordered a whole chicken family Original Family Meal spent 40$ for inedible food

The order was correct and it arrived on time, but the amount of meat on one of the bowls was...moderate to say the least, even though they charge extra for it.

The Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl is really good the only thing is they don't put slot of chicken. There was like two tiny pieces of chicken which is ok but since it's supposed to be chicken soup there should be way more.

Rice was dry and beans had no flavor. Food was awful
