Omg the Boneless Chicken Breasts - With 2 Sides exrta juicy the corn was nice and seaosn and the rice was so fluffy and that Chocolate Cake was so good and yummy 10/10

The 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice and Beans and 1 Additional Side (Caesar salad was fresh) but the chicken breast was so tiny and wing hardly had any meat on it bc it was over cooked and dry. The Salsa wasn't even fresh! The only thing good was the salad, Fried YucaSweet Plantains and bread. The Cilantro sauce wasn't closed properly and spilled all over the place. Seems like you definitely don't get what you pay for. How disappointing.

finally again the beans were tasty like before and chicken well cooked and delicious ,rice wasn't as fresh also packaging wasn't rapped enough .I like when s well packed ,thanks pollo tropical for all you do and employees

Churrasco Steak - With Rice and Beans needs to be advertised as kids size food. Also Black beans came all watered, there were barely couple of beans on it.

This is the first time I order Pollo Tropical for delivery, but I frequently use the Pollo Tropical drive thru. The very small container of Pork was half empty with the remaining half mostly full of onions. This portion size is totally unacceptable!!!
