Pollo Tropical has ALWAYS provided excellent food service to me, my family and friends. I like how Pollo Tropical has teamed up with door dash who provides excellent customer service skills. My food was FRESH and HOT! My door dasher was so NICE and on TIME! Thank you Pollo Tropical i'm loving the different menu items and prices.

Chicken was basically overdone and dry/ the wings so charred they got thrown away ( don't have a picture because a guest got the wings and drumsticks also very over done and burnt.

Small proportions that don't match the menu photos. The soup "bowl" is a cup size to me. And the meal was sparse from meals from here years past.

Im very disappointed i always enjoy eating at pollo but the chicken i had received was burnt and grilled way to long and could not even eat any. I had also ordered french fries which i had not received . Im not happy with pollo at all.

The food was delicious except I thought the Cheesy Yuca Bites would be more melted cheese inside. Tasted a little like potato but tasty anyway! The bowl was good with the mixed sauces. A very healthy choice.
