I ordered 18 pc plantains on two separate occasions and did not received that amount both times. Chicken was really good. Otherwise, this would have been a 5-star review.

The chicken was dry and bland. The salad was 3 leaves and a small wedge of a tomato. I've had good chicken here before so someone may have forgot to season my particular bird and left it on the rotisserie for a few minutes too long.

Plantains were delicious, they gave me extra yellow sauce! It was white meat chicken, well seasoned. Large portion. I would def order again! Yucca was freshly fried.

Smallest burger ever for 11.75 and no side 1/4 chicken rice and black beans I have to say the beans were good the chicken not cooked enough the rice was ok

First time trying Pollo express. The chicken was burned to the point where the skin was black, there was no flavor, other than burnt, the french fries were so dark you can tell the oil had been used for two long, the black beans had no flavor and tasted and looked like they were just poured out of a can, but one good thing the yellow and green sauce was very flavorful. This was for the whole chicken and three sides.
