Both the Fried Whole Tilapia Fish with Balado with Rice (GF) and the Chicken Curry with Rice (Gulai Ayam) were EXCELLENT! Great portions, too. Pondok Daun never disappoints!

The Fried Whole Tilapia Fish with Balado with Rice (GF) was really tasty, as was the Kway Teow Beef. However the portion size of the Grill Beef Ribs with Rice (Iga Bakar) was literally only 1 rib that was quite dry. For $19 not very good value! And the Fried Vegetarian Spring Rolls weren't very crispy.

Second time ordering the Char Hor Fun Seafood with delicious soup base consisting of 4 prawns, few slices of fish cakes (thinner cut than usual), and veggies. The Kway Teow Chicken is also tasty but very few and small pieces of chicken. Each of the 6 Fried Vegetarian Spring Roll is unexpectedly small, perhaps less than half size of regular spring roll. Would expect more chicken meat and regular size spring rolls (perhaps 3 pieces instead) for the price of each dish.

So delish! Love it and we're so happy that we finally found the resto that brought us the memories in Bali. Their Rendang was I can honestly say, top noth and Crispy Duck with Rice (Bebek Goreng) (GF) was so good. I wish they make Nasi Goreng but overall, it was great! Wow wow wow!
