My grandkids came for dinner and wanted McDonalds but lucky for us, they weren't accepting any Door Dash orders. We switched to Portillo's which was way better for the same price. I got a hamburger, onion rings and chocolate cake, outstanding! My grandkids loved their hot dog and chicken fingers with Cheese Fries from now on, Portillo's is ouur first choice!

The beef Italian Beef Sandwich was really bad. The sandwich, which I order regularly, was half the normal size and ONLY contained scrap meat. It had ZERO large tender pieces of meat, only the scrap pieces. Very disappointed that someone would prepare and serve that.

salad was good but they didn't give any croutons.
ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich and expected some sauce on the patty but saw only one drop of it. and not to mention one tiny piece of lettuce🤷♀️

difficult location to deliver to. Dasher and food was on point. portillo's is a staple and they kind of went downhill for a minute it seems like they're trying to get roots of quality. the cheeseburgers have gotten much better. the chicken sandwiches still suck. chicken sandwiches used to be so much better.

Food was cold by the time we received it. The fries were not a full large, they were only filled halfway. Other than that the big Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich and Italian Beef Sandwich were both delicious as usual. They also made sure I got everything that I ordered even the extra Giardiniera Sauce , side of gravy & Cheese Sauce. Outside of it not being hot, which we understand delivery times vary, it was an excellent experience.
