The way overpriced Chicken Noodle Soup was not very good. In fact, the chicken noodle soup from my local Shell gas station is heads and tails above Portillo's in both taste and quantity, plus its much cheaper. Very disappointing. I wont be ordering that again. Oh, and there wasn't a single shred of chicken to be found in the approximate 3/4 cup serving they call a cup!

thee BEST Italian Beef !!! really good Char Grilled Polish Sausage!! delicious chocolate cake!! absolutely HORRIBLE BBQ Ribs. inedible. threw out our $20 half rack. seemed precooked, cold, reheat microwave, they were grey in color, no grill marks, not charred.

Idk if it's because it was early or what. But man, everything SLAPPED, the tendies were crispy and juicy on the inside, the fries were fire, and you can never go wrong with some chicago dogs but they were extra perfect today. Idk who made it but give them a raise.

This place has gone WAY Downhill. I have been ordering for about 25 years. Today, the beef and cheddar I got was dry, had little flavor and about HALF the amount of beef it used to have. The price has also increased by about 35%. This is not inflation. This is price gouging.
I will never order this sandwich again. NEVER. I will probably limit my total ordering at the store to 1 or 2x a year versus 1 or 2x/month.
I am done.

Wrong item sent: We ordered a plain chicken sandwich and a plain cheeseburger add bacon, but you put bacon on the chicken sandwich.
There is hardly any cheddar on the beef and cheddar.
The fries are way too salty.
