I subbed honey mustard ( Portillo's is THE best) for mayo and I received ample. The Breaded Chicken Sandwich was a bit messy but seriously delicious 😋. Portillo's fries are definitely our favorite ones. This was my first time trying the Chocolate Éclair Cake and it did not disappoint!!

Overall the Italian Beef Sandwich was incredibly bland, and what little flavor there was came from the hot peppers; but don't worry there were only peppers lightly scattered on half of the sandwich but they'll be sure to charge you an additional fee to try and salvage the flavor with minimal success

The Italian Beef Sandwich was cold , bland , I only received about three peppers on my sandwich , and the cheddar cheese sauce was only on one spot on the sandwich . I wouldn't order from this location again .

The past several times we have ordered beefs with hot peppers there are literally two Jalapeños peppers and minimal beef in the Italian beef. We have gotten beefs from portillos for years and for the past year it just hasn't been the same.

The best burger I've had in a long time. I always like Portillo's fries. I took a chance on the chocolate cake not being dry this time, as it has been twice in the past, and it was moist and delicious. Was very happy with service and delivery.
