It was just okay for the additional charge of the sweet peppers didn't get much and I feel cheated on my fries also half cooked...I guess the cooks and the preparers are off their game tonight.

Half of the order was missing and the Rootbeer had no flavor. We have never had an issue with Portillos. It was very disappointing!! The beef sandwich was spicy and it wasn't supposed to be.

I ordered four but only got three. Portillos is usually pretty good about making sure the order is complete, but this time it wasn't. The food in general was fresh and very good, but I wish I had gotten all of it
