The food was all amazing, the beef sandwich was super flavorful, the strawberry shortcake was yummy and a big portion! All the condiments and utensils were in the bag and it was packaged great. Thank you!

Honestly, this Portillos has severelygone down hill over the years. The chopped salad has almost no chicken or bacon, ask for extra dressing and you get 1 small tub, rather than the 2 to 3 extra you used to get. oh, and the bread that comes with it? basically inedible, because it's hard as a rock.

The chopped salad looked like it was made with 2 day old chopped lettuce. Dry and discolored. This used tone a favorite. Very disappointed for $16. Cheeseburger isn't what itused to be. Fries were fine. Overall just average. With a $5 tip this order was $39. Meh

I have always been a fan of your food; however, you have skimped with onions on your hot dogs. This has happened a number of times. Not just once. Also, you changed vendors of your hot dogs. The skin is tough on the hot dog just like Gene and Jude's. I now order the jumbo hot dog as the skin isn't tough!!
