I ordered the Spicy Chicken Chopped Salad . Usually it is really good and fresh, today the lettuce was brown and wilted and 90% of the salad was lettuce. The tomatoes were soft and old. Very disappointed. $15 dollars and I couldnt eat any of it.

Food tastes amazing and was very fresh like always. My only complaint is how small the regular Italian beef sandwich was and how dry it was. The bun size was micro! Still delicious!

The Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich is delicious. The brioche bun takes it to another level. The chicken is always tender, never dry. Way better than Chick-Fil-A in my opinion! And Portillo's French fries are the BEST.

Everything was great and fresh! The fish sandwich was delicious AND they actually read the special request note!! The beef from the cheeseburger was fresh & good, and the Italian beef was on point! Thats rare in most fast food places nowadays!

Everything is perfect from here. Every time I order. I love the chopped chicken salad and the Italian beef sandwich. Even when it's delivery the packing is great and keeps the warm food perfect.
