I ordered a bowl of soup but received a cup. all of my food was good, I was just upset that I paid that much for a bowl and received less than what I ordered

The cup of soup was really good, but the sandwich was horrible. Very little meat, onions were cooked to black, and bun was toasted to the point of being burnt. I didn't even ask for it to be heated!

So expensive for so little food; two half pieces of bread, 2 slices of bacon & a slice of avocado for 8 ?!

Someone took my food and one guy in the store was rude and said they already take it. I had to ask for it to another person that did it without issue but he has a terrible customer service attitude after they had given away my food.

Contacted store since missing Chips and brownie. Someone answered and then put me on hold. I then had to call back to let them know items were left out of order. She asked me if someone can pick up the items or a refund. I opted for refund since we short staffed and she told me that she could not process it at this time because they were busy but would process either later today or tomorrow.
