I paid ordered two regular size turkey sandwiches which was a little over $22. Expecting the normal 8" sub sandwiches were maybe 5" at best and It looked like someone cut a regular sandwich in half and sold it as two. I will not order from Potbelly again. Very disappointed

The sugar cookie was stale. The chicken sandwich was really good but the wreck sandwich was really light on the meat. I have had this in person at the restaurant and it is sooo much better and fuller than in person .

BE WARNED, the hot peppers are exponentially hotter than they used to be. I couldn't taste anything after the first bite, but I assume it was good. But next time I'll opt for a sandwich place where I can choose which peppers I want (jalapeños & banana peppers, for example) rather than a luck-of-the-draw mix.

I ordered a skinny chicken salad sandwich and got BARELY any chicken salad. This is 95% lettuce. Come on now.
