I've had this sandwich many times in the past. Today the chicken seemed to be deep fried and not the normal baked cutlet, it was burnt and the meat inside was dried out. There were like five roasted pepper strips in the whole sandwich. Overall, I was very disappointed and bummed that I paid $20 for this sandwich.

Too bad you can't select a location through DoorDash. The sandwiches from this location are vastly different from the Exton location or any other Primos. We've ordered multiple times from this location and quality is consistently off, super thin sandwiches with hardly anything in them compared to other Primos, a wrap that was falling apart on a previous order, a Buffalo Cutlet on this order that had no Buffalo sauce and in general missing or incorrect items every time we've ordered. Would love to see this location live up to the quality standards of other stores but unfortunately they just don't and we'll drive the extra 5 minutes to avoid this location.
