• 23-10-20I ordered the hoagie with sweet peppers and hot peppers on the side, but did not arrive. The roll was smaller than ever. Their food used to be great but this was the worst hoagie I've ever had. For the high price they charge, they've gone downhill fast

• 26-03-18The sandwiches are not made like they used to be. The Buffalo Cutlet has very thin chicken, like a frozen chicken patty cut in half, all my sides where missing for the Turkey & Cheese, and the Old World Style Meatball did not have the large meatballs like they used to put on there, it def needed sauce!

• 26-05-29I asked for seedless bread, i got seeded. The bread itself was hard- borderline stale. There was way too much cheese to the point where i had to remove half of it. I understand i ordered a cheese sub (what a waste, i know) but there's too much cheese. The sub came dry despite ordering it with mayonnaise and oil and vinegar. I'm sure the dry bread soaked it all up. I'm disappointed because I've tried primos a few years ago and it was phenomenal. it had such a lasting impression on me that when i craved a sub (which i rarely do) i was excited to have primos again. I won't order this sub again but i will say I'll consider this as a blip and not completely disregard the shop.

• 25-03-21This place has really taken a nosedive. The roll needed more baking time. The roll broke apart before I even started eating it. What a mess. I've been ordering the badabing for years and it's always been good to great. This is awful. What a waste of $19. I ordered oil and vinegar on the side - did not get it.
I am probably done with Primo's. What a shame. It used to be very good. Whoever made this sandwich didn't care one bit if it was quality or not.
