Very little meat for a sandwich that is over $13. Also requested oil on the side, but it's on the sandwich and is too heavy. Sandwich is ok, but not as good as I remember Primos being. Nothing like the menu photo.

Asked for the roll to be gutted, it wasn't AND it was stale. Lettuce was brown. This isn't the first time the bread was stale so I won't be ordering again. Their olive oil is outstanding and I asked for extra on the side - only received one packet for a Primo sized hoagie.

Not exactly what I was expecting. Barely any chicken for a $13+ sandwich. this is a tiny piece of chicken that covers less than half the bread, and chicken isn't very good. Primos is usually good, and has flavor, but I am disappointed with Whacked Chicken today.

Package simply thrown onto steps, not at front door. Bread too hard to chew. Ordered side of Cole slaw; it was instead pushed inside to sandwich, making everything sloppy and messy.
