Service was good, Bolognaise Toastie was bland and chewy. Also why do we have to pay extra for any kind of bread. There was no regular bread option? The Macadamia Chocolate Fudge was heavy and dense, had too strong of a dark chocolate cocoa powder taste. The overall taste was as though it was uncooked batter

Bacon and egg muffin was quite stale, and a bit scabby on the bacon considering the price. Iced latte was good, but in my opinion not good value for money considering how expensive it is.

Very disappointed with today's order.
The Cheese & Ham Toastie description does not state that it contains mayonnaise. It also did not allow me to comment before plaing the order to specify no mayo.
I rang the cafe after receiving the order. They were very unapologetic and advised me to ring in futher instead. No apology, refund or anything. I never complained before and often buy from this cafe. A simple apology would've been fine.
Please update your descriptions.
