I get pretty much the same build your own salad every time, but tonight all the elements came together perfectly! Each part was at its highest quality and there was the correct proportion of everything. I wish they'd let us get the salsas and sour cream on the side but tonight they put it together exactly like I would. Hubby got the Create Your Own Surf & Turf Bowl and was impressed with how perfectly the proteins were cooked and flavored. He'll be getting the shrimp all through Lent. He says they aren't overly tangy like can happen with citrus flavors. Whoever was doing the cooking and assembly today needs a raise!

Qdoba is soooo good! Ive always ordered chipotle
But Qdoba is much better!!
Very flavorful great portions and the quality of the food is much better then chipotle.
I will be ordering again and again

Bowl was bland. Restaurant called to tell me they were out of cilantro rice, so I had to get plain (unseasoned) brown rice. Bowl was missing half the toppings I asked for (jalapenos, cilantro and tortilla strips). Chips were stale.

Salad was good but still light on lettuce. Mine it seemed like they just threw any old thing on it - there were at least 2 things I didn't ask for. Still tasted really good, except for the bites with cilantro. Hubby' was just as requested, other than light on lettuce.

The salad had no meat on it. It also had no queso, but that's not a big deal. it's edible but not pleasant with multiple salsas and no meat.
Hubby's bowl was really good except they have a tendency to leave the fajita vegetables far too large.
