portions were tiny for 15 dollars each, the order wasn't even ready when I put it in 30 minutes before I showed up to the place. even though there was little food they were wrapped terribly like a ball not a burrito

I ordered 3 shrimp tacos, was notified by my dasher when he arrived at the restaurant that they were out of shrimp and asked to sub my protein no problem I asked for steak. Order was made quickly and arrived quickly, but it was one very small burrito, not the 3 tacos I had ordered. It was also missing the guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro . I tried to eat it anyway, but the steak was completely burned, crunchy, and inedible. The chips and guacamole came with the wrong size of guacamole. It was a tiny scoop in a condiment cup. It didn't have the usual cilantro and onions, just smashed avocados. When I dug into it the avocados were brown. This was a waste of a $20 meal.

The $5.96 Hand-Crafted Guacamole & Chips was extremely disappointing when I saw the size of it. Thankfully others shared their food since it was such a laughable size.

All bowls were foiled on top so everything was mashed together and cheese melted to foil. The chicken bowl was supposed to have queso and maybe had a tablespoon of queso in the bowl. One chicken nacho was made backwards with the queso on top so when we took the foil off all the queso was on the foil. Usually the food is great but this time I am very dissatisfied with tonight's food.

Create Your Own Burrito is hugeeee. Amazing customer service when I called earlier :). Hope others are as fulfilled as i am.
