Pleasantly surprised to open my bag and witness a beautifully wrapped, 5 pound behemoth of a burrito, in all if its glory. I'm telling you, this place does not skimp on ingredients. If you have ever ordered a burrito, only to be disappointed to unravel a 15 dollar, tortilla covered pancake, do yourself a favor and order from here right now. Throw in some double protein and they will treat you right. Highlands Ranch Qdoba is THE spot!!

I got Create Your Own 3 Tacos, and they were very good, ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous. The side I ordered was terrible - Queso Diablo and chips - queso tasted artificial and the chips were totally stale.

Create Your Own Breakfast Burrito - Regular were oddly wrapped softball-sized and shaped abominations. Not what I would expect for a $12 breakfast burrito.
Will not be ordering again.

IT'S BACK - Cup of Soup! Apparently for a limited time. I wish they kept this on the menu all the time because it is so delicious! I ordered a Create Your Own Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla with brisket and dipped it in the tortilla soup and it was amazing!

Very little steak for the price being charged roughly 4-5 little pieces of steak in each quesadilla. I get that restaurants need to pay more for the ingredients but when almost 70% of the food is cheese and queso sauce thats definitively not an oversight. I dont recommend others to order from this location.
