the mini Create Your Own Mini Bowl barely had any rice or meat. it was mostly sauces and queso. there were some beans but they didn't drain the juice off so it was super watery... normally they are really good but this was literally dripping when I opened it and had to have 2 plates under it. tasted somewhat ok but more of a soup than a burrito bowl for sure

I usually create your own mini bowl and I like getting the chicken and fajitas veggies on it but this location ALWAYS burns the chicken and the fajita veggies are raw. We frequently order and I've had so many instances of this issue that I don't order those items from this location anymore. The portions are smaller for online orders that in store orders. The only consistent thing about this location is that the chicken will be burnt and veggies raw.

I've had several bowls from here and they have always been great.This time, my beans were dry, very little meat and I payed for extra meat.

I ordered extra chicken on my burrito. The chicken wasn't grilled chicken. It tasted lke a sponge. The quality of your chicken has deteriorated. No grill marks and no taste.
I also ordered mild salsa. No salsa was on my burrito. It was totally bland. Your prices are outrageous. Your food is tasteless.
