Got my Create Your Own Mini Bowl and my chicken was burnt, sour cream tasted old, and it was 6$ for a small container of guac and chips... to say the least, I had high expectations because back home in Michigan my Qdoba never fails me! This one on the other hand :/

When I got my bowl there was barely any shrimp or onions, it did not look or taste like they added sour cream. I'm not sure who they had in charge of making food today but I'm very disappointed, I've been ordering the same bowl for the past month and all of a sudden it went from beautiful and properly made to a bowl of rice and herbs with scarce toppings .

steak burrito while very large was very dry, couldn't tell if sour cream was even in it, 3 cheese queso was really thick and chunky not bad not great. ground beef in chicken tacos tasted like dog food.

their 3 "cheese" queso is not real cheese. it might be a cheese product, but real cheese gets solidified when it cools. FYI. Moe's uses real cheese.

I ordered nachos instead. I got a bowl of cheese soup with vegetables in it and very little meat.
