I was extremely disappointed with this order. The food looked nothing like the photos in the app. The tacos were significantly underfilled and lacked the toppings and presentation shown in the menu images. The El Grande Crunch was advertised as a thick, generously stuffed quesadilla layered with ingredients, but what I received was a small, mostly flat quesadilla with very little filling.
I understand that menu photos are styled for advertising, but this was not even close to what was advertised. For nearly $18 for the tacos and over $14 for the quesadilla, the portion size and quality did not reflect the price. I’ve attached photos because the difference between expectation and reality is substantial. I would not order these items again based on this experience.

Was disappointed that paying for extra cheese on the nachos yielded less than most other places' normal amount of cheese on their nachos.... Otherwise, food tasted pretty good.

I got the Burrito Bowl for lunch today, and i was wondering what was crunching so hard in my mouth, it felt like uncooked something and i couldnt pin point it, up until i started testing what would be uncooked. I found that it was the Brown rice. I would expect my food to be cooked thoroughly.
