Usually love their sandwiches. Whoever made it today clearly didn't wanna be there. Everything was literally thrown on there; instead of separated. Ended up taking it apart and putting it back together myself. Will give them one more chance before I go back to Jersey Mikes.

This place is literally hit or miss. At least 3 times I've ordered a sub from here and they forgot to give me the sub, and only gave me the drink and snacks. Most of the time if they don't have something in stock they give you something of lesser value if you're lucky, other times they just choose to simply exclude it from the order without letting you know.

I am totally unhappy with this location. I ordered a Cuban sandwich toasted, it then came soggy. plus they forgot the pickles (my favorite part). this location always disappoints me with my order 😒
