the food is great but I never get my Coffee it's missing the last couple of orders I order a Coffee but never receive it

Terrible will never buy again.. Also biscuits don't look like the biscuits that they are advertising. Also the meat after taste is very weird and unnecessarily big and which made it very cold this place will never be close to Raising Caines 1 out 5...

only giving it 2 stars because the Breaded Chicken Biscuit was hot and delicious. the Chicken Breakfast Bowl was cold dry and disgusting. won't be ordering from here again. Just not worth it but the prices are cheap so I guess I get what I paid for

The wings were old and should have been discarded. Did not receive my Classic Chicken Sandwich, my Potato Wedges, or my Mac 'N' Cheese. Ordered Diet Coke, 20 oz and received a pepsi instead.
I would not recommend Raise the Roost to anyone. Extremely disappointing.

The 4ct Chicken Tenders were extremely dry and almost inedible they were very hard. Their Potato Wedges are not like normal wedges they are extremely thickly cut which makes them not cook properly and they were not crispy at all. Everything was flavorless.
