The tonkotsu red ramen is my favorite dish in the whole city, all cuisines combined. The chicken karaage is also authentic (not with spicy mayo, rather it is marinated in what I believe is a soy and mirin sauce mix) and totally delicious.

I love ramen, but the broth and noodles of Original Tonkotsu Ramen were horrible. The noodles were too starchy/flour, and the broth had tasted completely off. I tossed it in the trash. The pork and egg were good, but they only gave half the egg.

Spicy Tonkotsu Red Ramen was amazing. I love how they separate everything so I can cook the noodles when it gets to me!! Really impressed with the broth.

The Original Tonkotsu Ramen and the Chicken Karaage were absolutely delicious and was packed well however when I receive the food was already cold.

I have been to Ramen Ichinen in person and it was amazing. I figured if anyone could do really good delivery ramen, it was them, and they did not disappoint!
