Love this place. I'm not big on the cream cap for fruit teas either but I just give them a quick call right before or after I order and they remove it for me. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to remove the toppings or cream cap on the app so I didn't have to call but that's minor. I try to run in to the store and order through their app when possible because they have a reward program. But the prices are so similar. That's definitely a bonus since that's usually not the case. Also the grape tea (the duo is icy) is amazing. It's so rare to find a place that does a grape fruit tea let alone a purple/sweeter grape. And they make their own fruit jam for the drinks. Since I strayed going here I really don't care for the fruit twas that just use a syrup anymore. Spoiled? Some of the ebst prices too here for fruit teas and drinks in general. The rose tea, rose matcha, and strawberry tea are also great. Spring tea is amazing and refreshing!

I keep coming back. I love when they have the watermelon because it's fresh watermelon that's used to make the drinks.Watermelon Green Tea (Seasonal) is my other go to when I don't get the Kyoto grape tea.

This is the 3rd time we've ordered the Coconut Freeze (New!) from Rare Tea. It's nom nom! My wife loves it a lot. She says it is sweet and refreshing on a hot day.

Always my favorite. The last day I work I order my 2 regular drinks so I have them the next 2 days I'm off. Kyoto grape tea is the best you'll ever have and the Kyoto grape duo without nsow cream for me. I've had other grape drinks and they're nothing compared

so delish, the lychee jellie is literally sensory heaven. oh my gosh it was so good in the matcha lychee drink, i got mine 80% sweet and it was good but i think ill do 100% sweet next time :)
