The Dough makes this pie so perfectly delicious. Starting with the dough, watched as it was prepped by hand and left to perfectly rest prior to becoming one of Ray’s signature pizzas. The weights vary as each kind of pizza requires a different weight of dough to perfectly balance the toppings including proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. Kneading will always be done by hand to keep the tradition! If this phase is skipped, it would be like removing the touch, sight, and smell which is an integral part of the process. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The dough is nothing less than perfect!

The white pizza was a standout—super cheesy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. The zucchini was also quite good, though the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some tasty pizza!

Lots of pizza places around here roll
Their dough so thin that it dries out by the time it gets to me. Not Rays!! They have thought about the dough in relation to the sauce & ingredients. Even the crust was the perfect amount. I'll probably never go anywhere else. Every bite is perfection. Fresh ingredients & u can tell they put love in it. A good chef knows that's the secret ingredient. I'm so happy!

Always liked the pasta here. Tonight was exceptional. Amazing sauce. Also ordered the individual 8" for the first time. Wow. Its was really good. Great crust and quality cheese. Made me feel like was eating at a restaurant back in NJ. Been missing that.
