I’m sorry to give a low rating but I think people deserve to know there are better options for bubble tea..! For a store that specializes in tea, I would have assumed that the boba I got would be fresh but it was old and chewy. No option to customize sugar levels. And poor quality (ie: artificial) ingredients.

Normally it's a drink I love and drink almost every day, but I came across it on a sale day and I literally drank warm water with sugar, I will definitely not buy it on sale days again.

Wow my first time trying the Strawb Smoothie (Medium)erry and let me tell you first sip and I was impressed! Sooooo good. The staff was super sweet! Will be back for sure.
