Everything was really good, but I especially liked the hot and sour soup, and the veggie pineapple fried rice

The General Gau’s Chicken was bland and came in a small portion for the price. The Crab Rangoon (8) was some of the worst I've ever had. At least the Alligator Roll was tasty. Overall a disappointing experience. Usually restaurants go for either quality or quantity, but Red Ginger don't accomplish either.

How do you charge $20 for a terrible kung pao chicken and then not even provide white rice? Insane you have to request and pay for rice at a Chinese restaurant. And then they give you one packet of sauce for two entrees. I would not order here again.

I think the crab rangoons are smaller than they used to be, but good.
I shouldn't have to pay extra for a decent size rice and duck sauce.

Honolulu Chicken was good. Nothing wrong with it, it just probably won't order again. Appetizer Sampler Rangoons were under fried, ie some of the wrapper seemed undercooked on many of them. Still good, just undercooked I guess. Fried peking dumpling weren't great in my opinion. No real taste besides the oiled they were fried it. Just felt heavy and laden. Glad I got a combo sampler instead of a full order, wouldn't have been happy with a full order in that state.
