Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 6 Oz. Filet Mignon**
I just had my order delivered from DoorDash about an hour ago. I ordered two items from Red Lobster:
• Creamy Lobster Mashed Potatoes: “Maine and Langostino lobster meat in a creamy lobster beurre blanc sauce over mashed potatoes. 320 Cal.”
• Lobster Dip: “Maine and langostino lobster, spinach and artichoke in a three-cheese blend with tortilla chips and pico de gallo. 890 Cal.”
However, the actual items received were nothing like what was advertised.
For the Creamy Lobster Mashed Potatoes, it was 95% mashed potatoes and only 5% lobster, making it extremely underwhelming and far from what the description promised.
For the Lobster Dip, the portion was extremely small, with just a few tiny pieces of lobster and an excessive amount of tortilla chips, which made the entire dish completely unbalanced for the price I paid.
This has been a complete waste of money. I’m thoroughly disappointed. I expected better service, better food, and quality from Red Lobster, but what I received was a scam. As a valuable customer and a DoorDash premium member, this experience makes me rethink ordering from either platform again.
I am requesting either a full refund or I can return the entire meal back to Red Lobster. I hope Red Lobster and DoorDash will look into this and provide the appropriate justification.

The shrimp linguine, side of crab legs, clam chowder, and mashed potatoes were excellent--generous portions and good value. Unfortunately, the order arrived without the biscuits or the key lime pie, so I need a partial refund.

Really disappointed with the "platter" I received. I've ordered this before, but this time I received half the order size compared to last time. This is clearly not a $41 portion of popcorn shrimp. I won't be ordering from them again.

Really really small crab clusters, don't bother. It's with half the price if not a 1/3. Sad and disappointed

Pasta was horrible only 4 shrimp and a little sauce on the top. The Alfredo pasta was bland and dry.
