This steak was an absolute letdown. It was flavorless, chewy, and incredibly difficult to cut, which completely ruined the rest of the dinner. This stark contrast to their usual excellent service is disappointing. I can honestly say that I never have a bad meal here.
Writing this review is not pleasant, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I’ve ordered this exact steak multiple times from this location in California, and they’ve never let me down until tonight. I suppose everyone has an off night, but it’s still frustrating.
Would I ever order again? It’s hard to say. I might just go pick it up next time and cut into the steak first before accepting it.

The shrimp linguine Alfredo was awful. The shrimp were so overcooked they were inedible
And the pasta was dried out with NO Alfredo sauce or so little ... well I couldn't taste it. I've had this before and it was delicious. This time inedible. So disappointing :-(

The food was cold, the stuffing was outside of mushrooms, the dip was smaller than when you order it in the restaurant with barely any cheese, the biscuits were dry, the only thing that were ok were the shrimp.

Tried the shrimp your way with the shrimp linguini and shrimp scampi. The scampi was overcooked and tough and the linguini Alfredo had a vinegar flavor of some sort and did not taste like Alfredo. The cup of clam chowder was on par with a clam chowder from Campbells soups in a can. Very disappointed with my entire meal.
