The chips were old and soggy.
Picklebird Burger has the tiniest tomato butt slice, no lettuce, no pickles, and when specifically asked for no sauce, it was drenched in sauce (both top and bottom).
We have ordered from this place before and while chips oftentimes could have been more fresh we have never had a huge issue because the food was consistently good. Today's experience was drastically different.

Hot Honey Fried Chicken was over cooked. Garlic bread was in a sealed bag & microwaved.
Very over priced.
Disappointed, not like Red Roaster used to be.

okay so the chips are great the chicken is actually really damn good but the burgers??? HORRIBLE get the rolls they are way more nicer than biting on these weird tasting bread clouds
they also messed up giving me potato gravy instead of regular gravy :/

Not at all up to Red Rooster standards
Gravy and mash half full, chilli mayo half full, no serviettes or wipes . Very disappointing as usually it is much better - maybe isolated to this store ?
