the chicken thigh was way undercooked. it's was very red and gelatinious in the middle. ended up not being able to eat cause its was slimy. the cheesecake fries were great but very small portion for the price

The Buttermilk Wings are so tasty and tender. All you need to do is hold the wing piece by the bone and it all just strip's off into your mouth, the bone pulls out completely clean!The crumbing isnt too thick, not overly salty nor over-seasoned, so they pair really well with any of the sauces or Gravy (redrooster gravy is superior to all the competitor's these days, in my opinion) I have enjoyed the chicken, chips and gravy 2 days in a row now, as I'm on a strict no fibre diet preparing myself for medical procedures. I would never have ordered something without salad or vegetables previously, however these may just have become one of my regular redrooster orders now. Ordering the family Chips and the largest size wing pack meant that everything arrived very hot and noticeablely, freshly cooked. This was the best order I've had from this store yet

It is Ok but not really great value for money- I can get a half chicken from a competitor(with cusomised basting) for about 30% less and the size of the chicken is considerably larger. Mash and gravy were cold.

half my chips were missing and half of the chips I did receive, weren't even partially cooked through.
The fried chicken was overcooked and dry. The strips on the Rippa roll were also inadequately cooked and soggy. The gravy was the only thing that was hot
