• 24-02-28The platter was worth every penny. The food was delicious all the way through to the end, the barbecue sauce was a good combo of spicy, Smokey and sweet, the hot was delicious while being spicy and that slight bit of sweet. The Mac is thick, smooth and creamy. The biscuits were were perfect and not too crumbly, the peaches were great too. This is some of the best BBQ I've had in MA.

• 26-05-29The brisket is amazing and nice size portion for the price point. The sweet BBQ sauce is perfect for dipping and sticking into the brisket. The cornbread is wrapped in foil with a pat of butter, keeping the cornbread moist and delicious. The pinto beans are cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices, bursting with flavor.

• 26-01-22The Dinner Special was a good value. I opted for St. Louis ribs:
6 meaty, tasty dry rub ribs, French fries, coleslaw and cornbread w/butter. The fries are shoestring and very good and the cornbread is southern-style: moist and less sweet, which I really like. It was delicious. The coleslaw is quite bland and needed some acid. A touch of apple cider vinegar would have helped.

• 24-01-28Redbones ALWAYS delivers. They give large portions of their delicious food. The brisket & pulled pork was perfect and for a sweet addition, have the 2 Biscuits & Peach Jam which deliver a fluffy warm homemade biscuit with an almost runny chunky jam. They give you a large portion of the bbq sauce, this place is worth every penny. Ive had so much bbq throughout Boston and this is hands down the best and a staple in Somerville.

• 23-12-29I used to go to RedBones for years, hyped it up with my kids, ordered it for my son's birthday, it was so underwhelming. Ribs were dry and lacking meat, Hash BBQ was watery and a couple of token potatoes thrown in. Mac and cheese was the only thing above average. For the money and value there are better options.
