The Causa de Pollo / Chicken Causa was exactly the dish I've been trying to find for a few years. It was amazing and the Acompañante de Plátano Frito / Side of Fried Plantain were delicious as well.

Me encanta el ceviche de este sitio pero sin duda deben cambiar los envases en que lo envían porque aunque lo intentan asegurar como bandas elásticas aún así llega derramado el líquido que trae lo que que hace que la experiencia sea un poco desagradable, pero su sabor es delicioso, el tamaño de la porción es buena y me parece que el precio es adecuado

The pudding looked nothing like the pictures and was missing multiple ingredients, PLATANO FRITO was burned and soggy and the CAUSA DE POLLO / Chicken Causa was ice cold , soaked in mayo . Was really excited to try this place but unfortunately greed and laziness made the experience rather disappointing .

My experience with this dish was quite frustrating. As you can see from the photo I’ve attached, what I received looks nothing like the promotional picture on the menu. The advertisement sets an expectation that the actual product fails to meet.
Beyond the disappointing appearance, the taste was just average, which doesn’t justify the high price. I paid for the dish in the photo and received something far inferior.
Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this specific dish. I hope the restaurant considers updating its photos to more accurately represent what is being served.
